The purpose of Project Management is to perform the contractual work in such a way that it ensures the conceptualisation of the facility as determined by the investment programme or project documentation and to ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable regulations. 

It helps the investor to bring the investment to a successful completion of the agreed scope of work acting as a good businessman and to the general satisfaction of the investor.
