Building Information Modelling is advanced integrated approach to design, construction and management of facilities. By creating digital twin, a virtual replica of the building, we control the quality and appearance of the building throughout all stages of a building life cycle.

Our experience with BIM

We have been using Archicad (BIM software) as first in Slovenia since 1988. Years of experience, continuous education and use of latest forms of planning (parametric design, VR / AR, photogrammetry / points clouds) enables us to execute demanding projects in line with BIM principles. Holistic approach with interdisciplinary planning & communication with structural, mechanical, electrical & fire safety engineering disciplines allows us to generate numerous design options, sun, energy and other building analyses, accurate quantity take-offs and other digital simulation of building in its environment.
