Naš namen je ustvariti kompaktno programsko strukturo, ki preplete javne prostore s poljavnimi. Projekt ustvarja ikono v krajini blagovnih znamk, ki vzpostavlja gravitacijsko središče poslovnih tokov v regiji. Zasnovo večnamenskih prostorov in ambientov definira avtonomen in navzven odprt poslovni program z vso potrebno infrastrukturo udobja in tako plemeniti vrednost celotnega območja.

BTC d.d., the leading real-estate development and management company in Slovenia is about to build a business center in the Ljubljana shopping district BTC.
solution:
The main goal was to create an iconic building that should generate an attractive image in the brandscape not only of Ljubljana, but also of the region. The design of the multifunctional spaces and ambient creates an all inclusive business program with amenities that enhance the working spaces to the maximum efficiency and produce an exclusive branding image. The fluid interlacing of public and commercial spaces should generate an ultimate urban space that would spread its impulses in the area. Incorporated infrastructure of comfort produces a high rate of structures' autonomy and should result in the rise of real-estate property.
